The professional Management team periodically review their activities to appraise and provide themselves human resource development trainings on the job and technical assistance to systematically undertake their duties and responsibilities.

They are locals born and raised in the various regions who understand the culture as well as structures in the region. They know which projects will have maximum positive impact, respecting the dignity and long-term needs of everyone involved.
