Lack of Vocational training services has devastating effect on economic impacts. Young people have straggled with life and they need a hand that can support them through vocational training that can equip them with constructive Knowledge and reliable Skills. It is noticed that 60% of youths in their productive years, lack direction which has contributed greatly in affecting the development and economic out-put of the country.

Our Skills Development program provides vocational, and entrepreneurial skills training to early school drop-outs, literates and non-literates at the community level, to enable them establish their own enterprises, generate employment and check the rural urban drift of the youth in search for non-existent jobs.

We provide entrepreneurial skills training by creating a unique space to make skill development aspirational for rural youth. Beneficiaries receive Micro-Credit facilities after the skills training program to start micro-enterprises.

The program fosters a culture of innovation, exploration and learning for the rural youths, and eventually linking them to employment or entrepreneurial careers. Our policy objective is to increase the access of young person’s to skills acquisition and empowerment for productive employment.

The organization works together with local communities and other government agencies that have the same interest to implement the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) within the communities which include the Eradication of extreme poverty and hunger.
