Dream Africa Volunteer Service plays a significant role in promoting environmental justice through its extensive network of community groups. As an organization, we take a holistic approach by incorporating gender considerations into our development policies, strategies, and programs. This enables us to tailor our interventions to the specific needs of women and empower them to become active agents of change in their communities.

Dream Africa’s Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) aims to empower women and adolescent girls to make their own SRHR choices, and to improve knowledge of rights and increase access to relevant quality health care services.

The Skills Development and Livelihood Program impart training to those in need, allowing them to stand on their own feet and become financially stable. It empowers them to take charge of their lives with dignity and determination.

DAVS has established itself as one of the key players in the fight against SGBV, leveraging community partnerships and evidence-based approaches to drive meaningful change. The organization began its operations in rural communities with a specific focus on addressing the needs of sexual and gender- based violence survivors. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by individuals living in remote areas, the organization developed a comprehensive approach to ensure they receive adequate support and resources.
